Why 15 Minutes Of Movement a Day Is What You Need

You might believe that unless you spend an hour or more pushing yourself until you are sweaty, shaky and exhausted, that your workout was not enough to make a difference. While a full 60 minute sweat sesh feels amazing, many of us don't have the time or energy for that kind of workout each and every day.
